This is a global consultation under the International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture (ITPGRFA, also known as the International Treaty, cf. Www.planttreaty.org).
What is the stake?
The ITPGRFA recognizes the Farmers' Rights to sow, exchange and sell seeds. But governments (France, ...) do not apply this treaty and a citizen's campaign is now essential for the recognition of these rights.
