The International Secretariat is based in Brussels, where most European Institutions are placed.

The secretariat team is international and have a variety of backgrounds, preparation and experience. Most of them have had a working presence on the African continent. The Secretariat staff lobbies and coordinates the advocacy activities of the Antennae and AEFJN members.
Presently the team is made up of four people:
Begoña Iñarra, Spanish, Missionary of Our Lady of Africa (MSOLA)
She coordinates the Antennae and is in charge of the Health-Medicines and Arms dossiers.
Albert Perrier, French, Spiritian
He is responsible for Communication.
Christine Fouarge, Belgian, Married, mother of 4 children and member of the Community Chemin Neuf
She is the policy officer in charge of the dossiers Food Sovereignty and Climate Change.
Thomas Lazzeri, Italian.
He is the policy officer in charge of Trade and Corporate Social Responsibility.
He is also the webmaster.
